We booked at the last minute for our first visit, and I’m so glad we went. From the moment we arrived the service was friendly, and they spoke so nicely to the children. As a parent, that makes such a difference. Our drinks order was taken straight away, then we had plenty of time to look over the menu. Once we’d ordered, the food came within minutes, piping hot and beautifully presented. The portions were generous, and the homemade chips were amazing. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. They were happy to help when my 7-year-old asked for both red sauce and mayo for his favourite “pink dip”, and even made him a little pot of it. That honestly made his evening. The gentleman also kindly gave each of my four children a Magnum ice cream, which went down very well. We’ll definitely be back in the near future. Highly recommend!

Six of us had lunch at the Rock to celebrate a birthday. There were plenty of choices on the menu, and the meals were tasty. The staff were really pleasant and attentive, and the facilities were clean. A relaxing atmosphere too. Thank you.

It’s been a long time since our last visit. We rang at short notice about lunch and they were very accommodating. The food was excellent and came with hardly any wait, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
