Tyson was a huge help when our travel plans got delayed, always there on the phone to sort things out. The apartment was lovely inside and had everything we needed. It was also such a bargain, with the beach, pub and places to eat all just a short walk away. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The pub is an easy 100m dash away and serves great, hearty meals. Tyson was a wonderful host, really helpful and happy to go the extra mile for his guests.

Gwithian beach was beautiful, and our dogs had endless fun in the rock pools. The sandy beach has a section where dogs are welcome all year round. It’s about a 10-minute walk, so that could be a downside if you don’t like walking, but we felt it was well worth it. The apartment was super clean and the stay was stress free and enjoyable. You can save money by cooking in the apartment, or enjoy the luxury of having food instead. We hadn’t read the welcome pack before arriving, and there’s no signal in this beautiful countryside. We were on our mini moon and wanted a break from the internet anyway. Thanks for having us, we’ll definitely consider staying again.

The garden wasn’t enclosed, so we couldn’t let our dog out, which was the one downside to our holiday. Otherwise, it was very nice accommodation near a beautiful beach, about a 10-minute walk away. The local pub is five minutes away, and transport to St Ives stops around the corner.

My son and I had a brilliant week with GH. The place was quiet and reasonably priced, especially with surf lessons included, and we’re hoping to return next year. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, just a short walk from the beach. My teenage son did find the WiFi a bit patchy at times, though it didn’t bother me.
