Clydesdale Hotel

The hosts are fabulous, and the rooms are clean, roomy enough, and have what you need. There’s off-street parking on site. Nearby, we made use of plenty of local places, including eateries, a laundry, nail salon, hairdressers, pharmacy and supermarkets.

I was having trouble finding somewhere to stay in Glasgow when I came across this cosy little hotel. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, and there’s private off-road parking. My room was clean, comfortable and nice to look at. I’d happily book again when I’m in the area, and would recommend it.

We didn’t have a car, but getting around was easy because the train station is so close. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The owners were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and having tea and coffee there was a nice touch. Thank you for everything and for your warm smiles. I’d recommend staying here.

The owners struck a good balance in how they interacted with guests, and the room was reasonably priced in a very central spot, close to amenities. It was on the small side, but had everything I needed. Most of all, the bed was surprisingly supportive and comfortable despite my bad back, and the room was spotless. I’d have no hesitation recommending the hotel.
