A big thank you to the reception staff this morning. My Dad became unwell while we were having breakfast, and everyone was so kind and did all they could for us. The hotel was spotless, our room was lovely, and breakfast was excellent, all freshly cooked. We couldn’t fault a thing from check-in to check-out. We’ll definitely come back and stay again. Thank you all so much ❤️

I stay here regularly and never have a bad visit. The room was really clean and smelled lovely. At check-in, I think the receptionist was called Eve or Eva, though I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. She was such a pleasure, friendly and nice, and asked about my day. It made the stay a great one. She forgot to give me a keycard, which I only noticed when I got back to my room. She didn’t need to, but she was very apologetic and even gave me a free drink. First-class service, thank you!

The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was lovely. Kimberly was such a friendly, helpful face when we arrived. The only downside was the kids next door screaming and slamming doors until 3am. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay :))

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and our clean, spacious room had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was included, though we didn’t have it. There was free parking at the retail car park a stone’s throw away, but it was so busy that we used the car park opposite the hotel instead. It was a reasonable price for two days and nights, £9.20 paid separately over the two days. We’d definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

The rooms were a good size and comfortable, and the bar and dining areas were spotless. Breakfast was good too. What really made the stay outstanding were the two young women on reception. They were friendly, helpful, and happy to do whatever they could to make our visit exceptional. I’ve met few hotel receptionists as good as them, even in a number of 5☆ hotels. This place deserves more than 5 stars.
