Murray House

I had to stay in three different places because a relative became ill and I needed to extend my time. The owners were amazing, and I can't thank them enough. The place was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of food.

Tracey, the owner, is lovely and goes the extra mile to make sure guests have a memorable stay. The guest house is quiet and pleasant, the room was comfortable and suited our needs, and the food was great. It's about a five-minute walk to the Harrogate Convention Centre, or around 15 minutes to the heart of town, where you'll find shops, restaurants, the train station and the bus station. I'd stay again and recommend it.

Room 11 was spotless and spacious, with a delightful en-suite shower that was hot and powerful. The bed was extra comfortable, and Tracy was welcoming and very helpful. The location was great, and even with the place full, the soundproofing worked brilliantly. I hardly heard the other guests. The parking and entrance pass instructions were clear, and the free WiFi was super fast. We stayed two nights and I'd have happily stayed longer. I'd give it more stars if I could!

Only a ten-minute, easy walk into town, and the hosts were lovely and welcoming. They even left gluten-free biscuits for my husband. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choice and gluten-free options. Our room was lovely and clean, with a huge bed and a powerful shower. Couldn't recommend it more!
