The customer service was very good, and they moved us out quickly. The location is excellent, but the apartment itself was in dire need of attention: filthy, broken windows and a vinyl sofa falling apart, with decorating urgently needed. At first we were told it was only a “standard,” even though it cost over £200 more than another apartment we'd stayed in, and that place runs rings around this dump. Charity or not, avoid it. I didn't realise Jane’s place had responded, but having read that response, I can most definitely confirm we stayed at Jane’s place. There is no confusion with another company. Shame on that person. Pathetic.
