Olivia and Michael welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home straight away. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, orange juice, hot croissants, and a good selection of quality hot dishes. Anne's house is stunning, with a thoughtfully done interior that makes the stay worthwhile in itself. It's in a peaceful area, around a 10-minute walk from the seafront. A perfect place to stay.

Olivia and Michael made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and we had a very comfortable night's sleep. The house is gorgeous and the food was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more, and would definitely stay again 😁

Breakfast was superb, with delicious homegrown tomatoes, and they were great about finding gluten-free ingredients for me. Michael and Olivia were lovely hosts, making us feel welcome while also giving us space, and they had lots of great suggestions for places to eat, drink, and visit. Anne’s House is beautiful, full of gorgeous artwork, and the rooms are delightful, well cared for, and have everything you need. The location is great too. I'd recommend it to anyone. For a quick getaway, this had everything we hoped for: a beautiful garden, classy and comfortable facilities, and an excellent, very filling breakfast. We were also treated to tea and cake when we arrived and fresh cookies brought to our room. Olivia and Michael were thoughtful and attentive to what guests need. My husband and I spent a couple of nights at Anne's house and would highly recommend it. Booking through their website gets the best rates. Thank you, Michael and Olivia.

Olivia and Michael were so welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was pretty and comfortable, and we slept really well. The accommodation is beautifully appointed and very comfortable, with a magnificent breakfast as well. I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting Hastings.
