Premier Inn Malvern

The room was clean and comfortable, and we couldn't hear traffic from the road. It's a good hotel, and Premier Inn is pretty much what you'd expect. The only noise that woke us was heavy rain hitting the outside window ledge during the night. The bathroom was spotless too.

Breakfast was freshly cooked and brought right to the table, and it was really good. The staff are what make this hotel, especially Linda. She represents Premier Inn so well, giving every guest the same attention and making sure nothing was too much trouble.

It's a little way out of the main town, but otherwise a good place to stay, with free parking. We had the special deal for breakfast and an evening meal, and both were good value. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and informative. There's no bar, though bottled drinks are available at the table.

The staff were really friendly, and both the breakfast buffet and restaurant dinner were good. There was more than enough choice at breakfast. The rooms are pretty basic, though the beds are very good. The free Wi-Fi was so slow I couldn't do anything with it. It felt like they were pushing guests toward the paid option, which is unacceptable these days and takes me back to the nineties. They should offer decent free internet so people can watch a show or movie in the evening.
