The sea view from the spotless room was fantastic, and the breakfast spread was excellent, with a freshly prepared full English cooked to taste. Rita and Dennis are absolute stars, offering superb service and a fabulous place to stay. I can't fault this little gem and would highly recommend it to anyone after a quiet spot on the sunny south coast.

The location made it easy to go and visit places, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband and I spent a weekend at Rita and Dennis's B&B, and it was the most relaxing stay. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. Rita and Dennis were so pleasant and took good care of us, making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much, we'll definitely return. Rita and Denis are so friendly, and breakfast was incredible. Such a warm and welcoming place. This has to be the best B&B ever. We loved it and will be back soon. If you ever need somewhere to stay, you must come here.

We had a warm welcome and a great breakfast, and the views were wonderful. We stayed on Bank Holiday Monday 27 August in the deluxe double room with ensuite shower room. Everything was thoughtfully and beautifully appointed, and spotless. It was peaceful, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in.
