The sea views were picturesque, an added bonus to a lovely place to stay in Hastings. We needed a room at the last minute after a bit of trouble with Booking. Com, and the woman at reception couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. I was so pleased by how welcoming she was. I'd recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The Lindum Hotel made for an amazing night. It was warm, comfortable and clean, and the room rates were low. The staff were lovely, and the TV in the room was just the right size.

Our room was nicely equipped and clean, with a little fridge and lovely views of the sea. The staff were friendly, and we'll definitely stay again. The visiting gull, though, was quite demanding!

The decor felt a little dated to some, perhaps, but I liked the old-school charm. There's no breakfast, though plenty of nearby places serve it; I recommend the Castle View Cafe, just a few minutes away. From my second-floor room the sea view was amazing, and the sound of the waves made things peaceful, even with other rooms nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They held my bag on the last day so I could look around freely before catching my evening train.

It's rooms only, in a quirky building with lots of stairs. The location is handy for local amenities, and the staff are warm and friendly. Great hotel.
