Modern, clean and spacious enough. The room, location and easy setup all worked perfectly for our one-night stay, though it might feel tight if we stayed more than two nights.

We came for a wedding and loved how close the room was to the high street and some really nice restaurants. It was cosy, neat and super clean, and the service was impeccable. They did their best to meet any accommodation needs. Had a lovely stay and would definitely book again if I need to stay in henley on thames.

Right in the town centre, so the location was spot on. The room was modern, and the shower was incredibly large.

Our room was very small, with the toilet and shower barely a metre from the bed, and the TV began flashing randomly in the early hours. The hotel is very central, but it sits above a restaurant and bar where extremely loud music played until midnight. We weren’t told about that when booking. We raised the noise issue, but nothing could be done and nobody apologised. Service gets a 1 from me: there’s no staff service on site, everything is automatic, and our complaint went nowhere.

For a short stay, I’d recommend it. The location is excellent, right on Henley high road and near the river and other amenities. Our room had a double bed of a reasonable size, plus a shower, lavatory, basin and tea and coffee facilities. It was a bit cramped, but the price was excellent, especially for a last-minute booking. The paint could use a fresh coat, since the touch-ups are obvious, with patches of matt and satin finish. Longer-term parking could be an issue.
