The breakfast barn and all the little details around Dairy Barns made our stay feel really special, and Hannah and her team were so friendly and helpful. We spent three nights in Owl Barn with our two children, aged 12 and 10. It was our first visit, but we’d love to come back. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a big bathroom, a living area, two beds for the children and a large main bed up on the mezzanine. There was fresh milk each day, plenty of tea and coffee, a fridge and homemade cakes waiting for us. Breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from, and the children especially loved the waffles. The location was handy for visiting different places. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We came for two nights mainly to see the seals at Horsey Gap, and the family run feel of the B&B made it a really welcoming stay. At breakfast, three generations of the same local family looked after us. The modern room still felt homely, was spotless, and had a huge, comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and set us up nicely for the day. We’ll be back.

The rural, peaceful setting was just right for our daughter’s wedding, and we were able to book most of the rooms and sit outside together the night before. Hannah was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Our two night stay was really comfortable: the rooms were spacious and spotless, with tea and coffee facilities and cake in the fridge. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options. It was a perfect place for us, and we’ll return. Thank you.

We stayed for a couple of nights in August for our wedding, along with about 20 guests, and everything felt so special. Waxham Barn, our venue, was only about a four minute drive away. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were stunning, and breakfast was amazing and such high quality. Thank you for making that time even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back! Our room was the swallows nest. I barely have photos because it was such a whirlwind, but I did get one of the big bath! 😂

We’ve stayed at Dairy Barns before and will definitely return. It’s a lovely place for a break, with a warm welcome, an excellent room and delicious breakfast.
