It’s unusual to find such a quiet, good-quality place at this price. My room was clean and well furnished, and I slept really well. I had a very comfortable stay at the Buckingham Hotel and would recommend it if comfort and quiet matter to you.

Breakfast and free Wi-Fi are included, which helps make this a good-value option in High Wycombe. For a 3-star hotel, it had what I needed for a comfortable stay without costing too much. I’ll stay here again.

We called twice to ask about rooms and booking, and both times the man on the phone was rude. He said he was a manager, though he didn’t sound like one, and couldn’t understand basic questions. We were polite, but he hung up on us both times. I was looking forward to visiting, but his attitude put me off. After that I looked through the reviews, and some of them made me glad I hadn’t booked. I wouldn’t go here.

I lived here in temporary accommodation for a year and a month. The staff were consistently respectful, supportive and responsive, and never put off helping with anything we needed. Their care and support felt five-star. It was a positive experience, and I’m very grateful for the way we were treated.

I commute often and need somewhere to stay in the area regularly. This place has what I need, with a good location, comfortable rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, and great value for a tight budget. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful visit :)
