We went out for dinner on Thursday and had a very nice evening. The owners were friendly and attentive, and although the menu was small, that didn't bother us. My husband really enjoyed the ham pie. I had butternut squash with noodles in a lovely spicy but not hot sauce, and the portion was huge. The place was beautifully decorated and cosy. Give the Molesworth a try, highly recommended, and good luck to them.

Lee looked after us from beginning to end and was so accommodating. The room was just right, and the restaurant's beautiful decor gave it a lovely atmosphere. We also thought the food and service were excellent. A delightful hidden gem. We'll definitely return. Thank you, Lee and Andrew, for being brilliant hosts.

Doreen and I had an enjoyable meal last night. We found the food excellent and fairly priced, and the atmosphere was really relaxing. We look forward to coming back soon. Good luck to the Molesworth Team with this new venture. We're sure it'll do well.

Book ahead, because it's well worth waiting for a table. The venison is my recommendation. It's a superb pub with lovely atmosphere, a wonderful venue and excellent hosts, and the food was exceptional. What a fabulous evening.
