This was our second visit, and we love nearly everything about this little gem. Finding it in the dark is the one tricky bit, though luckily we remembered the way this time. The accommodation is luxurious, Sally is a great host, and her breakfast is top quality. She's thought of everything to make a stay comfortable.

The amount of space we got for what we paid was brilliant for a couple on a New Year's weekend away. We had our own parking, lounge and outdoor seeting, and Sally brought breakfast each morning with a smile. Pippen heath is in a beautiful, peaceful spot, with plenty of robbins coming along at breakfast. We felt relaxed and welcome as soon as we arrived. It was exactly the quiet, laid-back break we wanted, tucked out of the way. Cheers Sally, you're the best.

Coney Heath caravan and motorhome park shares its grounds with Pippin Heath, and it's a lovely, very well-kept site. Holt is a 30-minute walk away along a very busy road. There are also three walks of different lengths to explore.

A clean, comfortable B&B with a lovely cottage feel and a very good breakfast. Can't fault it, and I'd definitely recommend it.
