We were close to the only places open for food on a Sunday, and the room was warm and clean. The hostess quickly figured out where to store our large tandem bike, which caught her by surprise. She also arranged an early breakfast so we could make the ferry. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

I arrived late, and the owners waited for me. I was grateful they did, especially after my earlier phone conversation when I was running behind. I’d booked because I knew I’d miss my return ferry, but I hadn’t read the late arrival terms, which are clearly listed. Having met the lovely owners, I can recommend this very clean, comfortable B&B. I left at 6:30am, so I can’t comment on breakfast. They did offer cereal and self-service tea and coffee, though I wouldn’t expect a five-star hotel to serve breakfast that early. If you arrive in the early evening as requested, you can come and go at any hour of the night. I wish the owners well, and thank them for waiting up.

Carole was such a helpful owner and did everything she could for me. The rooms were spotless, breakfast was great, and the price was good too. A little gem, I’d happily recommend it. 😀

The host was lovely, and I had a comfortable room and a good breakfast. The sunrise made it very bright, though, so blackout blinds would help. I can recommend the place.

Carol made us feel very welcome, and breakfast was great. It’s also ideally placed for the ferry. We had a lovely, comfortable stay.
