The cottage felt so cosy to come back to each evening. The kitchen had everything we could need, and thoughtful touches included electric blankets on the beds and a seemingly endless supply of logs for the wood-burning stove. It's a comfortable, wonderful place, tucked down a lane among mature trees, just off the main road. That makes it easy to explore, but there was no road noise. I long to go back.

We spent a week here while exploring the area and loved our stay. It was warm, comfortable and well equipped. We'd recommend it to anyone after a quiet getaway with character.
