We were visiting from California and had dinner here with my family. Couldn’t recommend it more highly: the food was wonderful, the service excellent, and the atmosphere nice. The White Hart is now an Indian Restaurant with a bar, and it’s clearly popular for dining, drinks, and takeout.

The staff were excellent, and both the food and service were very good. Just a heads-up, this is an Indian restaurant, not a British pub serving pub food. We had starters, mains, sides, and drinks, and it came to £35 per person.

We tried the new Indian restaurant for lunch while friends were staying with us, after getting a flyer over Christmas. Really glad we went. The menu has lots of different Indian dishes, the portions are generous, and the food is delicious. The plates came out properly hot, which I always appreciate. The owner and waiter were very friendly. They also do takeaway and delivery around the local area, so we’ll be using them again soon. Highly recommended.

A great stop for travellers and locals, with fantastic Indian food, generous portions, and welcoming staff. On cold, wet days there’s often a nice warm fire lit. The drinks selection is huge, so most people should find something they like. I stick to cider, since we’re in the West Country!
