We stayed at Swallows Cottage for a week and really didn’t want to leave. The accommodation was outstanding, with everything provided and lots of appreciated attention to detail. The farm is open to guests, and it was lovely being around the very well looked-after animals. We asked if we could feed the lambs, which was such a bucket-list experience. Rowen and Jayne made us feel so welcome. They were kind and generous, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from the break. Thank you both for making our stay so special.

The hosts welcomed us with an apple cake or pie made from apples grown on their farm. It was incredibly tasty, the best I’d ever had! The beds are comfortable, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. About as cosy as it gets. I’d certainly recommend it!

A really good cottage, with friendly and helpful owners. The location would have earned four stars from me, except the rear garden felt a little unloved, which mattered with the dog.

They were lovely with little Ella, showing her all about horses. I’ve never seen such a happy girl. It was lovely to see, brilliant place.
