Breakfast was a real highlight, with loads of choices and a roomy dining area where the seats were comfortable. My room was clean and relaxing too. I arrived a bit lost after spending hours working out the trains, but the front desk staff member was so kind. She gave me water and took time to help me get settled, which meant a lot after the journey. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world, and this Hilton near Heathrow is one of my favourites. I’d happily come back.

My flight was suddenly cancelled, and I felt completely stuck, like I had to start all over again. Thankfully I found this lovely place, where the warm, helpful staff made it much easier to calm down and rest. I hadn’t even planned to stay here, but I’m very grateful. Thank you so much. We had an excellent fish and chips dinner in the bar, where they serve food and drinks in an open area. The hotel itself is modern and quiet. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Heathrow Terminal 4, using the skyway at the departure level.

The breakfast team were friendly and very attentive, with lots of good choices to pick from. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax. The hotel has a modern, open feel, and the staff were helpful throughout. Terminal 4 is only a short walk away over a covered bridge, so you stay dry in the rain. We had a great stay and would love to return.

The rooms were clean and quiet, though smaller than I’m used to. The thermostat was a bit tricky, but I had a good stay overall, and it was a lovely end to my world tour. If you have an early flight, the airport connection is ideal, especially in cold weather. Just be aware the walk through the airport is long. If long distances are difficult, you can get an Uber from the airport to the front door. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day. The natural light and décor felt fresh, and I liked the different stations, especially the made-to-order omelettes. The food was good, and the staff were pleasant. Ayesha looked after our table really well. It’d help if the meats were labelled clearly as pork, chicken, or vegan, so guests can choose quickly. Some soft instrumental music might also add to the atmosphere.
