Being close to the station is convenient, but that’s about the only good thing. Management was so poor and irresponsible that they seemed to have no hospitality experience. It took days to get answers about parking or cutting our stay short. We needed to leave early and told them two days ahead, but they didn’t reply until two weeks later, saying I had to pay for the whole stay. I was taken aback. Before leaving, I wanted to speak with someone about the policies so I could decide what to do, but no one answered for days. Honestly, avoid them. They’re the worst.

I’ve been staying at Legacy Flat 20 in Hove since December 2nd. It’s a new, very clean place, and the guest service has been fantastic. I asked a staff member if checkout could move from 10 to 12 because of my kids, and she kindly agreed. I’m really grateful to her. I’d absolutely recommend this accommodation to everyone.
