The setting is beautiful, and we couldn’t fault the glamping accommodation or the friendly staff. The hosts were very friendly too, and the milk, tea, coffee, breakfast, fire wood and water were a helpful, thoughtful gesture. There’s a great opportunity here for a fantastic business, and we wish them all the best. With some improvements, our weekend would have been more enjoyable. It seems like it could be a great place to stay once it’s fully set up, but it wasn’t quite up to scratch for COVID-19. There was no hand sanitiser, and bins had been left beside clogged portaloos. Most mornings, we went to use the indoor toilet and found the same problem. The showers were clean, but there was no washing-up liquid offered for the dishes.
