Heart of Hull Hotel

The location made getting around Hull easy, with the station, shops, theatre and places like The Deep, the Marina and City Hall close by. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed and linen were really comfortable. It was quiet and felt secure, with a pleasant atmosphere. The modern facilities were well kept, the staff were friendly and quick to help by phone, and the contactless check-in instructions were clear. The shared kitchen was useful, and the free WiFi and hot tub/sauna added to the good value.

I used the living area as a workspace during my three-week business trip, and the fast internet made that easy. The apartment was modern, new and spotless, with a great-pressure shower, and I appreciated having the communal kitchen too. Getting around was simple: the station is a three-minute walk away, Tesco's is under ten minutes away, and the city's amenities are easy to reach. Heart of Hull was an ideal base for the trip, and I was very impressed with the accommodation. I'd happily recommend it to other business travellers.

The self check-in was straightforward, and the owner was helpful and polite on the phone whenever I had a question. I had a fantastic stay and can't wait to return.
