The family running this place made us feel so at home with their warmth and genuine kindness. We hadn’t planned to stay over, but a room happened to be free, so we did. The food was fantastic too, especially the shepherd’s pie, honestly the best I’ve ever eaten. We’ll be back, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

We were staying in a glamping pod up the road, and Rhi made our night when we stopped by. Such lovely people here, and she’s a real gem behind the bar. Thank you so much from Tom and Sophie.

The staff were really friendly, and there was a very good range of draft beers and ciders. We came for Sunday lunch, and the food was superb. That beef roast was one of the best I’ve had.

A busy pub, but we got a warm welcome. There was a good choice of ales, and the food was hearty.

We had a nice Sunday dinner here, and there was plenty to choose from on the menus. Good beer too, with a friendly greeting when we arrived.
