Vicky is such a friendly, welcoming host, and the suites are comfortable and relaxing. The accommodation was amazing, and it's an ideal base for exploring the area. This was our second stay, and we'll be back. We highly recommend it.

Our hosts were very welcoming, and the large bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed in the dog-friendly Patrick suite, with its own entrance and hallway, which was handy for our sandy dog. She loved the treats and toy left for Conker. Dressing gowns, shower gel and shampoo were provided too. We only had the continental breakfast, which was fine.

Breakfast in the room was such a good idea, and the place was clean and comfortable. We do a lot of walking, so being within walking distance of Old Hunstanton beach and Hunstanton worked well for us. Graham was really lovely. Vicky was on holiday, but kept me up to date about the room and breakfasts. We'll definitely return sometime.

Tea in the beautiful garden, with the water feature in the background, was a lovely part of our stay. Victoria and Graham were perfect hosts, and our new Patrick Suite had every home comfort, from the most comfortable beds to a delicious breakfast in the room. It felt luxurious in every way, five stars plus. We loved it and can't wait to return.

We came back to Cliff Farmhouse Pull Suite and had another lovely visit. Vicky and Graham think of everything, and the suite is spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is great.
