The location was wonderful, and the rooms were lovely. Breakfast was delicious, service was faultless, and our hosts were wonderful too. Thanks for a fantastic seaside break.

This was our second holiday with you, and we had a lovely time. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was lovely. Thanks to you both for the holiday and all your hard work. We'll be coming again next year. Hope you both enjoy your holiday, and see you then.

The two guys here are lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We could walk everywhere, and it was two minutes to town and the sea. The car park at the rear holds four cars, but it's not really suitable for anything bigger than a Ford Focus unless only two cars are there, so ask them. The room had a fridge with tea and food, a sofa, a big TV right in front of the bed, and a huge bathroom. I could have stayed in there all day, watching TV, sleeping and having tea. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Beautiful, clean rooms, and the lounge and garden terrace were nice too, with space to smoke out on the patio. There's a paper in the lounge every morning. Breakfast was great, and you can ask for fish by filling in the form. My wife loved it. There were nice other guests too. Highly recommended. Byeee. Ed.

Steve was the most attentive host ever. He seemed to know just when I needed a coffee refill! The whole place was spotless and smelled amazing, and breakfast was superb. This is a beautiful Victorian house in the heart of Hunstanton, with seven rooms across three floors. Room 5 was very comfortable, with a king-size bed, sofa, wardrobe with coat hangers, dressing table, wall-mounted TV, minibar and a large bathroom with both bath and shower. Great place to stay, and we'll definitely return next time we're in Hunstanton.
