The sea view from our first-floor room was lovely, though there wasn’t a balcony. The room itself was spacious, nicely decorated and had high ceilings, and the bright, clean bathroom came with fresh towels. There was also a little tea and coffee setup. Breakfast was plentiful. I skipped the fried option and had cereal, toast and fresh orange juice. The owners were warm and friendly, and I’m sure they’d help if you needed anything. Our stay was short, but we’re planning another trip to Hunstanton and intend to book here again.

We had a sea-view room and were very comfortable throughout our five nights. Everything was clean and well looked after, and the meals, service and location all hit the mark. The staff were happy to help with anything. It was our first visit, but we’ll be back. Sharon & Ram made our first trip to Hunstanton a memorable one.

The beds were so comfortable, with lovely quality bedding, big soft towels and heavy blackout curtains. We slept really well, and the whole place was spotlessly clean, with fresh flowers and other nice touches around the building. We had a warm welcome, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to meet our needs. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and was cooked in a healthy way. The tea tray was well stocked too. I’d highly recommend it and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Hunstanton.

The view was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of parking. The owners were kind and thoughtful, with lovely little extras and finishing touches. Breakfast was very good too. I’ll definitely come back.

Room 7 was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The guest house is good value, in a great spot, and the hosts are friendly. There are excellent restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes away: the Indian restaurant was very good, Chives was okay, and Quigley Irish bar was friendly, with dancing. I’ve never seen a better breakfast menu. We’ll definitely be back.
