We came for a special occasion and weren't disappointed. The hosts were friendly, and the food, wine and ambiance were great. The rooms were lovely, with a superb view. A wonderful place to stay and eat.

Don't expect a big selection of beer or wine, but this is a lovely place for dinner and the dying art of conversation. The staff are very good, the service excellent and the food fab. Even calling the room clean and tidy doesn't do it justice, they're just fab. We'll be back soon.

We've eaten here several times and stayed overnight each time. The dinners are excellent, and breakfast is just as good. It's a beautiful old cottage style restaurant with first class hospitality, great food, wine and service. We'll be back.

A peaceful place with lovely service. The room was lovely, very clean and well presented. I'll definitely return and would certainly recommend it.

The ambiance was lovely and the food very nice. The vegetables came out undercooked, but after I sent them back they were just right. A high quality experience, with friendly staff.
