The meal was so good I didn’t want it to end. We had Sunday lunch at this amazing pub yesterday, and everything from the warm welcome to the attentive service and wonderful food was a joy. We love Hutton-le-Hole and have often wondered what the food here was like. Now we know: superb. I’d recommend this beautiful pub to absolutely anyone.

The Sunday dinner was the best I’ve had eating out in a long time. Portions were generous, everything tasted great, and we couldn’t fault the food. We thought the smaller menu was a good sign compared with places that offer an overcomplicated list. The pub itself is cosy, clean and welcoming, and the staff were great. Duncan was especially attentive with all of us and the kids, making sure we had what we needed and that nothing was too much trouble. It was our first stay in Hutton-Le-Hole. We looked online for somewhere to eat and booked the Crown, then ended up coming every night during our three-night visit and eating there twice. I’d definitely recommend it as a great pub for a lovely village. ☺️

Sunday lunch at The Crown was delicious, beautifully presented and impossible to fault. The staff were friendly and made both us and our dog feel very welcome. If you’re nearby, I’d definitely recommend it.

We’re on holiday and chose this pub for Sunday lunch after reading the reviews. The food was gorgeous, portions were a healthy size, and the staff were great. It’s dog friendly, too, and the pub has loads of character and lovely decor. Can’t recommend it enough 🤩🤩🤩

We stopped in for food this Sunday. There was a good variety to choose from, and the smaller roast portions were a nice option too. It was busy, for good reason, but the staff still gave us attentive service. I’ll be stopping here on every trip to the Moors.
