We came to Devon for a wedding and are so glad we picked Langleigh Guest House. Susie and David are a lovely couple and have thought of everything for a relaxing stay. The village is so peaceful, just right for unwinding between wedding events, and we loved waking up to garden views and the rooster crowing. They were also happy to suggest local restaurants and walks. The rooms were spotless and the beds comfy. Breakfast is freshly made with local produce, and the strawberry jam was hands down the best we’ve ever had. My partner is gluten free, and they made sure he could have the same menu, right down to homemade biscuits and treats in the room. We’re already planning another visit, this time with our dog. We’d give it 6 stars if we could!

The only things that let this lovely little bed and breakfast down were the paper thin walls, dated decor and taps that run searingly hot and need temperature regulators. Otherwise, it was very clean and well kept, with excellent views and complimentary biscuits made by the host. The hosts are excellent and cater to your needs, and the breakfasts are among the best I’ve had. I’d recommend it for singles, couples and families.

A peaceful, restful place overlooking a valley. Susie and David are wonderful hosts and clearly care about the breakfasts they serve, using homemade food and local produce. Thanks for a lovely break.

Gill and Andy gave us a very friendly welcome, and Andy helped carry our bags up to the house. Our room was spotless with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was great, with cereals, fruit, yogurts and a full breakfast. We had an excellent stay all round.

The kids treated us to a two-night anniversary break, and what a wonderful find! We were welcomed warmly, the breakfasts were fab, and the beds were fabulously comfy. The cleanliness was outstanding. We’d recommend it to everyone and will definitely return.
