The owners, Russ and Karen, were professional, exceptionally kind and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with homemade jams and marmalade, a full English, salmon and plenty more. The location is beautiful and only about a 5-minute walk from the harbour. We had a small double room overlooking a thatched inn across the way. The accommodation was spotless, and we'll definitely return, next time booking one of the amazing suites. Easily the best place to stay in Ilfracombe.

The owners made us feel at home straight away, and nothing was too much trouble. Our modern room was well equipped and exceptionally clean, and they had fantastic local knowledge that helped us make the most of our time in illfracombe. Breakfast had a great selection and was amazing. There's a lovely thatched pub across the road, and it's a couple of minutes' walk to the town centre or harbour. A fantastic little hotel, one of the best we've stayed in. We'll be back when we're in the area.

A lovely couple run this high-class B&B hotel, and it's well worth a stay. The service was personal, friendly and welcoming, the rooms were beautifully presented, and there was a fantastic range of food at breakfast. There's even a trust bar in the lounge, and a historic thatched-roof pub opposite. I could go on!

Across the road there's a lovely 700-year-old pub, and the harbour is just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the rooms were fresh, modern and clean. My wife and I stayed four nights, and honestly I couldn't fault the hotel. It was perfect for my needs, a 10 out of 10, and I'd thoroughly recommend staying here.
