Rupert, the dog of the house, was a lovely breakfast companion and a new friend for our dog. We spent three brilliant nights here with our dog, and the location made it easy to go either way, with the River Ness just a short walk away, the city centre in one direction and a scenic stroll to the Ness Islands in the other. It was well connected for travel too. Our room was spacious and looked recently decorated, and the en suite was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was always fantastic, with a good choice of continental and cooked options. Communication, quality, and friendliness were all second to none. My husband had to leave very early for an event one morning, so Alison kindly left croissants and energy bars out the night before. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re back this way!

The hosts were warm and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. Our room was beautifully kept and peaceful, with a comfortable bed, and the B&B was spotless and cozy, like a home away from home. A relaxing atmosphere and great location made the stay even better. One of our best B&B stays, and we’d happily return.

At £70 a night, this was the best value place I stayed during my Scotland tour, and also the cheapest. I stayed for two nights in September. The room was clean, nice, and had everything I needed. It was an easy 10 minute walk along the river to the city centre, and getting there from Fort Wiliam/Loch Ness was straightforward. Breakfast had everything I needed.

Rupert and his owner were lovely, and the B&B was in a good, fairly quiet location. My room was a nice size, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast with coffee was delicious.

Rupert was so cute and made the stay even nicer. The single room suited me perfectly, and as a woman travelling alone I felt very safe there. It was clean and comfortable, with a great location close to restaurants and a Co-op. The host also recommended a pleasant walk along the nearby river. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of good options. I’d definitely recommend staying here!
