Castle Viewpoint

Breakfast was a nice spread, and one morning we were even given something to take along since we had an early tour. It’s a great spot, just a short walk and some flights of steps from the train station. This is such a cute b&b with the sweetest hosts. We arrived first, so we could choose our room and picked the one with the view 😍. Each room has a sink, and the restroom and shower are shared with one other bedroom.

I spent two lovely days here. The host was a warm, helpful lady who made a generous breakfast and looked after the rooms, and she also helped me plan my onward trip. I got to choose my room because I arrived first. It’s close to the center but still quiet. If you’re after an affordable stay with a great host, check this place out!

A friend and I stayed for two nights for our Lochness Marathon, and the host looked after us so well. She was helpful with directions and information, and very accommodating about the food we’d brought. The rooms were great, with really comfortable beds. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend.

The woman working there was an absolute doll, kind, sweet, approachable, and keen to help. I think her name was Lorna, something like that. She made a delicious breakfast and was wonderful. The beds are a bit small, and the bathrooms aren’t attached to the rooms, which is a minor inconvenience. There’s one bathroom with a toilet and another with a shower. Overall, a great experience.
