William was an attentive host, and we had a relaxing stay in a well situated spot in Inverness. The buffet breakfast was lovely, and you can also pre-order a great packed breakfast to take away if you're setting off early. Very good value.

The staff spoke aggressively to us because our English wasn't good enough. That's no reason to raise your voice at guests. We deserve at least basic respect.

The owners were really welcoming and friendly, and the location suited us well, close to everything we needed. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast. A very pleasant stay at this bed and breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here. It's a short walk to downtown, and the owner was around often. The place is very well maintained, and breakfast was excellent. My wife and I would highly recommend it.

The check-in was a really unpleasant experience, even though I'd give the room three stars. When the host realised on the phone that I was already standing in the front hall, they got very angry and told me to go back outside and ring the bell until someone came to open the door. The door hadn't even been locked when I arrived. I went back out and rang several times, but nobody came to greet me. I texted to say there was no one in the house, and it was more than ten minutes from my arrival before I got into my room. It was very cold in Scotland that day.
