The location was very good, and the room was otherwise neat, clean, and cozy. It felt a little tight for two people using it as a twin room. One thing to improve is the in-shower water heater: it couldn’t keep the temperature steady, and the water pressure was terrible, barely enough even with the hand shower.

The rooms are cute, but extremely cramped. They might suit someone travelling alone, though a couple would find one very small. When we arrived, it felt as if we were bothering them because our van was bigger than a car, even though there was room to park it. Not the friendliest welcome, but they were pleasant the next morning when we checked out 😊

Our original accommodation fell through, so we booked this at the last minute. It turned out to be one of the loveliest, cleanest B&Bs I’ve stayed in. Free parking was a real bonus, and the pedestrian bridge into downtown is only about two blocks away.

Luigi made us feel very welcome, and the breakfast was a great bonus. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the B&B is perfectly placed for exploring Inverness on foot. We had a perfect stay and would highly recommend this charming spot for a Highlands trip.

The free parking and prime location were good, but the room was a letdown. It was extremely small, with barely any space around the bed, even compared with the smaller rooms we’d stayed in elsewhere in Scotland. The sheets and covers weren’t fully clean, with a reddish-brown mark visible when we arrived. There were also several yellowish stains on the bathroom towels, which felt gross. We were only there for a day, and the problems weren’t catastrophic, but we stayed in cleaner, better places around Scotland.
