The room was quiet, very comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean, and it made a perfect base for exploring Inverness and the surrounding area. Richard and Yanqing were the most welcoming hosts, sharing restaurant recommendations before we arrived and tips on days out while we were there. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and plentiful each morning, enjoyed with a view of Yanqing's beautiful garden. We were touring for two weeks, and this place and its wonderful hosts were the best by far. I'd highly recommend it.

I rarely needed lunch after the filling breakfasts, with fruit, cheese, and a lovely English breakfast. The hosts prepared fresh food every morning, and the garden view was spectacular. The room was nice and toasty with radiators, and it's a quick walk to things around the city. There's also a small gravel driveway where you can park.

I travelled on my own and had a wonderful stay in a very clean, comfortable room. Richard and Yanqing were great hosts, full of local knowledge and helpful advice. On days when I had an early tour, he had porridge and an excellent continental breakfast ready for me. The cooked breakfast was very good too, and the breakfast room looks out onto the garden. It's in a quiet residential area with parking, about a 12-15 minute easy walk to the city centre and railway station. I'd definitely stay again.

Richard was a gracious, attentive host, and the breakfast room has a lovely view of the garden. Such a peaceful, welcoming, comfortable B&B. Highly recommend!
