A lot of care has gone into making this feel like a comfortable home away from home. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. A wonderful stay from beginning to end. I’d happily return and highly recommend it.

I was a little unsure about what looked like an attic, but the reviews were right. This ended up being the highlight of our Scotland trip. It was quiet and homey, tucked away from Portree's crowds but close enough to drive in for dinner. The hosts welcomed us, showed us around, then gave us privacy unless we needed something. Breakfast was simple and fresh, with fruit salad and cinnamon bread; the mini fridge had yogurt, milk and OJ. The bathroom felt luxurious, and even when the other room was occupied, we barely heard anything. I'll miss falling asleep to the lambs and cuckoos.

Dale and Fiona made the stay feel so welcoming, and Jasper the kitty came by to say hello. The rooms are roomy, clean and stocked with plenty of useful things and little treats. They've made a lovely space for guests, and the area is peaceful too. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on Skye. We'll book here again without hesitation.

A lovely quiet spot away from Portree's bustle, about ten minutes north of town on a lane off the main road. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Our room had thoughtful extras, plus tea and coffee supplies and a small fridge with milk, yogurt and juice. It had everything we needed and then some.

We spent three days here and really enjoyed it, especially the stunning surroundings. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were both lovely, clean, spacious enough and seemed quite new. Breakfast was good too. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
