Susan was such a lovely host, and we felt lucky to stay with her. This was our favorite stop on our two-week trip through Scotland. The room was spectacular, clean and comfortable. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the town center, but still easy to get to. We'd recommend it to anyone visiting Portree.

Susan and Gordon made us feel so welcome, and they know loads about the local area and its history. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and Susan always greeted us with a smile. The room was spotless and comfortable for our week, with a very comfy bed, games, books, a mini fridge, hot chocolate, tea and cakes. We were welcomed with fresh milk and lovely homemade banana bread, too. Even the booking email was helpful and informative, and everything from arrival through departure felt just right. We loved our stay and would happily come back or recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
