Skye Haven

Breakfast had a great spread of fresh fruit, breads, cereal, juice, tea and coffee, and cold meats, which set us up well for days exploring the Isle of Skye. We spent two lovely nights at this B&B just outside Portree. The hosts were kind and accommodating, and our comfortable room had its own en suite and all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend.

The garden is the real standout: a huge yard full of lovely trees and plants. I wandered around out front in the morning and ate at the garden tables in the evening. I’d stay here if I were in town for a week. It’s a short walk into central Portree, yet far enough out to be quiet. My room was clean, bright with natural light, and had a friendly feel. The people running the place were very friendly. Breakfast was okay, mostly cold items and toast, but they had gluten-free options and the marmalade was top notch.

We had a lovely stay at Skye Haven. The room was very clean, with warm, cozy decor and a soft, comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, and the host provided fresh fruit and non-dairy milk. The B&B is an easy walk from the center of Portree, and I’d strongly recommend it.

The dog’s morning hello was a delight, and the host made us feel welcome. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and the Wi-Fi was strong. It was easy to get into town, and the hills weren’t too bad. A wonderful B&B for our short trip to Skye.
