We had stunning views, and the walk to the nearby castle was magnificent. Books about Skye and Scotland in the cottage helped us explore the island. It felt like home, with lovely spacious rooms and a kitchen fully equipped for cooking or doing laundry. There was a bean-to-cup espresso machine with beans provided, plus butter cookies, milk, and bread.

Beautiful views and a perfect cottage. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design, right down to the cute little ornaments throughout. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Isle of Skye.

The views were nice and the settee was comfortable, but the beds were hard. The cottage is getting a bit tired around the edges and could do with freshening up. There were little black bits in the hot bath water, yuk. For what we paid, it wasn’t worth the price.

The place is lovely, and Ross and Nicola made us feel very welcome. Our room was stylishly decorated and had a nice harbour view. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone heading to Skye.
