The Beach House

On our first trip to the Isle of Skye, we couldn’t have picked a better place. We spent two nights at Denise & Louis BnB and didn’t want to leave. Our ocean-view room had a beautiful sunset, and the bed was so comfortable after full days out. It was sparkling clean and felt homey. My husband and I couldn’t fault it, and the Scottish breakfast was some of the best we’ve had. Thanks, Denise & Louis. We’ll be back!

We spent four nights with Denise and Louis and had a wonderful time. They’re lovely people to talk to and gave us so many good recommendations. Denise and Louis gave us a warm welcome when we arrived in mid-January. The accommodation was clean and homely, with fantastic views, and Denise knew the area well and told us about hidden gems. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty to eat and attention to our needs. It snowed when we arrived, but we still went out. The location worked perfectly, and the evening sky lit up with Aurora. There’s easy ferry access to Islands Lewis and Harris. Check out the local cafe and pub. We felt relaxed and welcome, and can’t recommend it enough. Visiting from Australia 🇦🇺 😀

Denise and Lou were friendly, great hosts, and we can’t wait to return. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. We woke to a fabulous Scottish breakfast before exploring. It was a wonderful mini break at The Beach House, with stunning surroundings and fantastic sea views.
