Breakfast was a real treat, with made-to-order dishes from a menu instead of the usual continental spread. They even put out a sign welcoming our group of nine at the big table for the next morning. The Skye Inn looked after all of us comfortably for several nights, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless and bright. It was quiet at night, and the friendly, attentive staff seemed to take on every job with care. We'd gladly stay again and recommend it.

The food was very good, and having a table assigned for us was a nice touch. We only stayed two days, and it was fine overall. The inside is more appealing than the exterior, with clear effort put into the decor and even books to borrow. Our room was small but had lots of storage. The beds were comfortable, though the sheets felt rough, and the curtains and mirror were broken. The toilet was also hard to flush, so some repairs are needed. We'd come back.

It's easy to turn into the wrong driveway, so watch your GPS when you're looking for The Skye Inn, as it's a little tucked away. Once there, the rooms felt spacious and new, with plenty of power sockets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and took good care of us. The place itself is beautiful.

Portree is just a short walk away, and the Inn made for a very nice stay. Our room was comfortable and had all the conveniences we needed. The bed was good, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were both friendly and thoughtful. Thank you! Cheers!

We accidentally left our fridge magnets behind, and the Manager kindly posted them to us. That was going above and beyond. The Inn is cosy and clean, with helpful staff throughout. It's also within easy walking distance of town. The dining room and bar have a lovely fireplace and really comfortable settees.
