My ferry was cancelled at the last minute, so I needed somewhere for the night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was generous. The restaurant food was excellent too. I could get some work done at the bar, which stayed open all afternoon and had sockets. It seems very dog friendly, with lovely views across the bay. Can recommend.

There aren’t many restaurants near this village, so it was good to find this one open. We only ate at the restaurant and didn’t see the rooms. The food looked good, tasted great, and felt original, though we found about five hairs across three of our plates.

The sea bass special was unreal, and it was the best food we’ve had in ages. The waitress was lovely, even letting us taste the local lager before we ordered. Such a nice vibe here.

The vegan haggis was one of the best meals I’ve ever had, and there’s a great choice of vegan dishes and desserts. We found the rooms lovely, spacious and clean, and the restaurant food was excellent. A great place to stay in Uig, especially for vegans and veggies.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the portions were a good size. We started with the parsnip soup of the day, served with warm bread and butter, and wild mushroom bruschetta. Both starters were amazing. The potato gnocchi was just as tasty. Really high-quality food and a very pleasant visit.
