We’d love to return next time we’re in the area. This purpose built holiday cottage is in a peaceful little fishing village, halfway between Dundee and Aberdeen, and really does live up to its name, with sea views from nearly every main window. The rooms were spotless and well appointed. Both large upstairs rooms had spacious en-suite bathrooms with showers. There was plenty of room in the living, dining and kitchen area for four adults and two toddlers to relax after a day exploring nearby.

There were lots of walks right nearby, and we spotted dolphins and plenty of sea birds. We loved staying here. The accommodation was warm and modern, with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and more, overlooking the sea in a lovely village. Recommended.

The house has everything you need, and there’s a local shop and a great pub in the village. It’s a beautiful wee place where you can fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves.
