We had a great night's sleep in the massive bed with its beautiful bedding, and the place was very clean. There's off street parking and a private entrance to the room. The garden is lovely, and the cabin has extra facilities: a kitchen, snooker table, television and chairs. A lovely breakfast was left there for us and set us up for our journey to fife. The hosts were friendly and there if we needed anything. We'd stay again if we're in the Kelso area.

A handy stop on our way north, close to Kelso town and its shops. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. We were happy with the advertised continental breakfast: yoghurt, cereals, toast and jam, croissants, plus the nice surprise of eggs. We had to cook the eggs ourselves, but that was no trouble. Many thanks to our hosts. I'd highly recommend it.

Our separate dining and living area was personal and well supplied, and breakfast was excellent. The hosts were great, and it was a fantastic stay with everything we could possibly need. Kelso centre, with shops, bars and restaurants, is only a short walk away.

A gorgeous room, with fantastic hosts who made us and our friends feel welcome. Their snooker, breakfast and evening room was superb. It feels like a luxury hotel room in a residential location. A fabulous find, and if we're back in Kelso, this is where we'll stay.

The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast and games room is a really relaxing place to sit. Allan and Janet were so warm and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean, with a very comfortable bed. We’d definitely stay here again.
