Leo, the manager, was so kind and helpful, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. This traditional English seaside B&B sits right on the seafront, with town centre and the railway station a short walk away. The bus stop is just a few steps from the door too. My bedroom was cosy and had a lovely modern shower room. Breakfast costs an extra £8.50, but I thought it was well worth it and a great start to the day.

I stayed five nights over New Year and felt right at home, thanks to Leo, the welcoming and friendly manager. You can choose to add breakfast when you check in; I did, and enjoyed the good choice in the breakfast room overlooking the pier. I'll be booking again in a few months. It's a lovely small hotel opposite Brighton Pier, with clean, comfortable rooms that are well equipped.

Being able to leave my bags in the hotel's secure area on my last day was really handy. Check-out was at 10:30am and my train home wasn't until 7:30pm. Leo, the manager, was friendly and very helpful. The room and beds were comfortable, and the location is ideal, a two-minute walk from Brighton Pier and close to the City Centre amenities. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Brighton, alone or with a group.

The rooms aren't modern, but mine was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. You're right on the seafront, right by the beach, and Leo the manager was adorable 😍. A clean, comfy bed and a hot shower were all I needed. I couldn't fault this lovely little hotel and would stay again. Thanks!

The hotel is dated, but my room was spotless, comfortable, and had a sea view. Leo was a fab host. I stayed over Pride weekend and loved watching people from the hotel, with great views of the street party and all the hard work behind organising such an amazing weekend.
