The cooked breakfast was top notch, with two veggie sausage choices, which was such a rare treat. Our modern room was tidy, well equipped, and super comfortable. Paul and Vanessa were kind and generous with their recommendations, and they even packed breakfast rolls for us to take to the Parkrun. It’s an easy walk to the outdoors and just a stone’s throw from central Keswick. The pillows were so comfortable that my travel companion checked the label to find some to buy. A wonderful family-run B&B.

The breakfast was excellent, and the bathroom was good. It’s about a five-minute walk into town, with free on-street parking and no trouble finding a space. A lovely, clean guest house. Hope to come back.

The hosts really looked after me during my three nights at the Dolly Wagon. My room and bathroom were spotless, and the welcome was warm. Breakfast was tasty, well cooked, and had a generous range of options that set me up for hiking. I was sad to leave, but I’ll definitely return. Thanks for a memorable stay, I can’t wait to see you again.

We couldn’t recommend the Dolly Waggon B&B more highly. Vanessa and Paul were lovely hosts, and the location was great. My son and I had a very large twin room, with wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfasts stood out for both the range and the taste. We also had all the extras, including bottled water, plenty of teas and coffees, chocolate, and lovely locally made biscuits.

Book direct for the best price. Paul and Vanessa were great hosts, and the cooked breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a modern ensuite. Great guest house close to the town centre.
