The location is hard to beat, just a five-minute walk from the centre of Keswick. The rooms were absolutely spotless, and Keith and Deb were friendly and welcoming. Fantastic guest house, highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

Keith and Deb have got this fabulous guest house just right. It’s handy for all the amenities, spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is amazing with so much to choose from. Can’t fault it, highly recommend.

We stayed for two nights in July to celebrate a birthday, and found a real gem in Keswick. Deb and Keith gave us a lovely welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Our bright room at the front had a lovely hospitality tray, fruit, sweets, and a box of chocolates left for my birthday. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the selection of fresh fruit. We’ve stayed in Keswick many times and will definitely be back for a longer visit.

Deb and Keith gave us such a warm welcome, and the location was perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. We had an early start one morning, and Deborah kindly started breakfast early so we wouldn’t miss it. We’ve just come back from a couple of nights and hope to return. Would highly recommend.
