The food was a real surprise. The burger was huge and might be the best I've ever had, but the sticky toffee pudding with hot custard won me over. It was outstanding, and Anthony is clearly a very talented chef. The staff were super friendly, and Felix was incredibly helpful with advice on what to see nearby. The beds were super comfortable, there's a great bath for a soak, and parking was fairly easy. It's also close to town. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is basic but comfortable, and the food and service are excellent. Breakfast was exceptional. It's well priced and ideally placed, with the park opposite and the town centre less than a two-minute walk away.

We got home after a couple of days in Keswick and thought the Keswick Park Hotel was excellent. It's a little dated, but beautifully clean, and breakfast was to die for, with top-quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Jean deserves special thanks for helping us with bus advice so we could explore. She's a real treasure. Every hotel should have a 'Jean'.

We slept comfortably in the bed, and the window had a nice view. There wasn't much noise from outside, though we could hear people talking in the next room, so the soundproofing isn't great. The room was nice and clean, if a bit warm with the heating on, but it was easy enough to turn off. The shower took a while to warm up. Breakfast was lovely, with scrambled, poached or fried eggs to choose from.

The place is in a great spot, just a couple of minutes' walk from the town centre, and I'd recommend staying here. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, including the breakfast team, who were attentive. There was an excellent selection and service at breakfast. I stayed for a couple of nights. The room was a little dated, but clean and warm, and the bathroom and shower were spotlessly clean. I'll definitely return.
