Breakfast at Tarn How’s was fantastic, with plenty to eat, and the owners were friendly and welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean. The guest house is only five minutes from Keswick town centre, which made for a great break. Highly recommend Tarn How’s.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and the costs are very reasonable. It’s an ideal base for my Lake District hikes, close to Keswick centre, and Julia and John are amazing, friendly hosts. Breakfast was great each morning. I’m sure I’ll be back.

There were lots of made-to-order breakfast options, and everything I had was delicious. I was given a double room instead of the single I’d booked. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with elegant decor. The light fitting was especially beautiful. The location made it easy to get around.

The parking was easy to get into and had plenty of room. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and keen to help. I’d recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed here several times. The prices are excellent, it’s very clean, and there’s plenty of hot water. Town is about a ten-minute walk away, and the made-to-order full breakfast is great. The hosts do all they can, and having parking is a real bonus. My two small wishes are brighter room lighting and a full-length mirror. I’d definitely recommend Tarn Hows in Keswick.
